These terms govern your use of studyriserr.online, operated by Study Riserr Education Private Limited. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.

1. What this service is

We publish comparative information about online degree programmes offered by Indian universities, and we offer free counselling to people deciding between them.

We are not a university, we do not conduct courses, and we do not award degrees, diplomas or certificates. Every programme described on this site is delivered and awarded by the university named against it, under its own rules.

2. We are not the university’s agent

We are independent of the universities we list. We do not represent them, cannot accept an application on their behalf, cannot commit them to anything, and cannot make or influence an admission decision.

Your contract for a course is with the university, on the university’s terms. Anything we tell you about a course is information, not an offer or a promise on the university’s behalf.

3. Information and its limits

We compile fees, eligibility criteria, approvals and dates from official sources and keep them current as best we can. Universities change these without notice.

The university’s own published information always takes precedence over ours. Verify anything that will affect your decision — particularly fees, eligibility and deadlines — directly with the university before you pay anything. Our Disclaimer sets this out in full.

4. Free to use

The site and our counselling are free of charge to students. We do not charge a registration, application or counselling fee, and we will never ask you to pay us to be considered for admission.

Course fees are payable to the university, through the university’s own channels. If anyone asks you to pay course fees into a personal account, or to pay us for admission, treat it as fraudulent and tell us at support@studyriserr.online.

We may receive a fee from a university or its authorised partner when a student we referred enrols. This never increases what you pay.

5. Using the site properly

You agree not to:

• submit someone else’s personal details, or details that are not true;
• scrape, copy or republish our content in bulk without written permission;
• attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

We may withdraw access to anyone who does these things.

6. Your enquiry

When you submit an enquiry you are asking us to contact you about it, including by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp. You can ask us to stop at any time, and we will. How we handle your details is set out in our Privacy Policy.

7. Our content

The text, layout, comparison tables and design of this site belong to Study Riserr Education Private Limited. University names, logos and trade marks belong to those universities and are used to identify them — their appearance here does not imply any endorsement, partnership or affiliation.

If you own a mark used on this site and object to its use, write to support@studyriserr.online and we will address it.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it.

9. Liability

We provide information and guidance in good faith. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your reliance on information published here, from a university’s decisions, acts or omissions, or from the outcome of any application or course.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date shown at the top, is the one in force.
