This policy explains how Study Riserr Education Private Limited (“we”, “us”) handles personal information on studyriserr.online. It describes what the site actually does today, not what a website of this kind typically does.

The short version

• You can read every page on this site without giving us anything.
• We collect personal information in one place only: when you ask us to call you.
• We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and we do not set advertising cookies.
• We do not sell your information.

What we collect

When you request counselling or a call back

The counselling forms and the “talk to our counsellor” buttons ask for:

Information	Why we need it
Your name	So a counsellor knows who they are speaking to.
Mobile number	To call or message you back. This is the only field we cannot do without.
Email address (optional)	To send information you have asked for in writing.
The university or course you were reading about	So the counsellor can answer your actual question rather than starting from nothing.
The page you submitted from	Same reason — it tells us what you were looking at.

Some forms also ask about your education level, preferred call time or state. Those are optional and used only to make the call more useful.

What your browser stores

The site keeps a few small values in your browser’s local storage — whether you dismissed a prompt, which notifications you have already read, and similar preferences. These stay on your device, are not sent to us, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or similar third-party tracking on this site.

Server logs

Like any website, our hosting keeps standard server logs — IP address, time of request, page requested, browser identification. These are used for security and diagnosing faults, and are not combined with the details you submit through a form.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to:

• call or message you back about your enquiry;
• answer questions about courses, fees, eligibility and admission;
• where you ask us to, pass your details to the university or its authorised admission partner so your application can proceed.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with universities you have not asked us to approach.

Who else sees it

Your details may be handled by:

• Our counselling team, who make the call.
• A university or its authorised admission partner, where you have asked us to put your application forward.
• Our hosting provider, which stores the data as part of running the site.
• A public authority, where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as it takes to help you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us — ordinarily up to three years from your last contact with us. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete your details;
• stop calling or messaging you.

Write to support@studyriserr.online from the email address you gave us, or tell the counsellor on the call. We will act on it and confirm when it is done. Asking us to stop contacting you costs you nothing and does not affect anything else.

Children

This site is intended for people seeking higher education, and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to us and we will remove it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and enquiry details are stored in a database that is not publicly accessible. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise — but we do not ask for anything we do not need, which is the most reliable protection we can offer you.

We will never ask for your password, card number, UPI PIN or OTP. Anyone doing so in our name is not us — please report it to support@studyriserr.online.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
